SUNRAY POWER, INC.  is a duly SEC-registered Philippine company formed to specifically to invest and develop renewable energy projects in the Philippines under Republic Act No. 9513.  Founded by Principals with over 25 years experience in the design, installation, and construction of utility-scale solar electric power plants, the company specializes in forming development consortiums to construct the highest quality, state-of-the-art and most efficient performing electric power plant facilities.

Together with Tier One solar manufacturers such a First Solar and Top Ten Engineering Construction Firms such as Bechtel Power, Sunray Power, Inc. the company's Affiliates have installed over 1GW of solar power plants worldwide.

Founder and Chairman Larry Asera is a recognized expert and pioneer in the Solar Photovoltaic (PV) industry having won numerous international awards for his company’s innovative designs and systems. An engineer, scientist, and entrepreneur, Mr. Asera was a Balik Scientist under the Philippine DOST program, a Green Entrepreneur of the Year, and most recently was a Resource Advisor to the MERALCO Power Academy.

The other co-founders include lawyers, engineers, planners, public policy experts, and business entrepreneurs with expertise in forming strategic partnerships and investment ventures focusing on real estate, emerging technologies, and clean energy power systems and products.
